Carlie Clarcq

Carlie supports our State Carbon Pricing Network programming, helping provide media coverage for state-level campaigns and staying on top of all things carbon pricing. She also conducts policy analysis and helps manage our fellowship program. Carlie is currently pursuing her B.A. in Political Science, International Affairs and History, with a focus on environmental policy and international law. Her past experiences include conducting research at the United Nations in Geneva, creating sustainable business plans for local entrepreneurs in Cape Town, and working as a paralegal for the U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York. In her free time, she loves to run and read about national politics.
