Communications Intern

Climate XChange’s (CXC) mission is to achieve a rapid and equitable transition towards a zero-emissions economy by advancing state climate policy. We achieve this through our State Climate Policy Dashboard (Dashboard) and State Climate Policy Network (SCPN) for climate advocates and officials across all 50 states.

Climate XChange publishes articles, reports, and blog posts which are shared through our bi-weekly newsletter and social media. The majority of articles are part of our Dashboard Digest, a series which explains in detail the policies that we track on our Dashboard.

The Communications Intern works closely with the Communications Manager to research climate policy topics and create article outlines, draft copy for social media platforms, compile website analytics data, and assist with management of the organization’s CRM database, EveryAction.
