Holly Harpel graduated in May 2020 from Wichita State University with degrees in International Studies and Health Management and a minor in Spanish. What energizes Holly is witnessing and taking part in community building in order to achieve healthier and happier ecosystems. She most recently worked with the Kansas Health Foundation connecting with and writing about community organizers throughout the state of Kansas, who are improving the mental health infrastructure of the state, food systems, and more. Now, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with climate change action advocates and capture progress on climate policy, while she is currently based in the south of Spain as a Language and Culture Assistant. In her free time, she loves to cook, listen to podcasts and music, and be outdoors.
