Kirian is a Summer State Carbon Pricing Network Fellow. He is pursuing his B.A. in International Relations and the Global Economy at the University of Southern California, with a minor in Environmental Studies. He is passionate about the intersection of climate change and public policy. His past experiences include doing research with a professor and being a fellow in a student-run think tank on campus. In his free time, Kirian enjoys poetry and any form of exercise.
