Naqiya Motiwalla is a fellow at our organization, helping support our State Carbon Pricing Network, providing media coverage for state-level campaigns and writing articles on carbon pricing news. Naqiya is currently in her third year at Northeastern University, studying Political Science and International Affairs. Her past experiences include working at the Massachusetts Division of Banks.
