Climate XChange exists to equip states with the tools, resources, and connections to make that work happen. We connect thousands of state actors across the country, track 70 climate policies across all 50 states, and provide the research and tools that help state leaders act with ambition. And every year, we fund that work by raffling off electric vehicles — putting more EVs on the road while powering the climate work that fuels state-level progress.

Two Ticket Options, Three Chances to Win an EV
Our Luxury Raffle ($250/ticket) offers a Grand Prize of a fully electric vehicle from any manufacturer — or even two — up to $120,000 with all taxes paid by us. Our Second Prize winner can choose any EV up to $35,000, also with all taxes paid. Only 5,000 tickets are available.
Our Mini Raffle ($100/ticket) offers any fully electric vehicle up to $50,000, with all taxes paid by us. This includes the Rivian R2 and we have a reservation ready if our winner picks it. Only 4,000 tickets are available.

We work with independent auditors to ensure our drawing is conducted fairly, and we livestream the entire process so you can watch along as our winners are selected. The drawing will be held on December 11, 2026 at 3:00pm ET at Climate XChange’s office in Boston.

The proceeds from this raffle support the work you rely on: the State Climate Policy Network’s programming connecting thousands of climate actors across the country, the State Climate Policy Dashboard tracking 70 policies across all 50 states used by advocates and legislators, and our growing library of State Policy Toolkits for Data Center Regulation covering water impacts, electricity affordability and reliability, transparency, and greenhouse gas emissions.
In 2025 alone, our team tracked 2,390 bills, hosted 33 events reaching over 2,600 attendees, completed 91 tailored policy assistance requests for Network members, and our Dashboard was viewed more than 233,000 times.
